  • FloridaBlue (Please call the office to ensure your specific plan is included. We don’t accept their exchange plans.)

  • TRICARE

  • AvMed

  • Multiplan

  • Oscar (Exchange Plan)

  • Most PPOs (Please check with your PPO Plan!)

If you don't have insurance, we offer very affordable self-pay rates.

We participate in an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) with the West Florida ACO.

We recommend you call your insurance plan prior to your first appointment to ensure we are participating.  There are several hundred individual plan types just with the companies listed above.  there may be a select few plans we are not in network.  We are not participating in most Healthcare.gov Marketplace plans.

We don't perform services for Workmen's Compensation or Motor Vehicle Accident injuries.

We don’t accept Medicaid as either a primary or secondary form of insurance.
